There was a time when I was doing all the “right” things…
working hard, learning constantly, trying to grow, trying to improve. And yet something still felt off. I was going through the motions...disconnected. Disconnected from my body...from my intuition.
My path has been a winding one. I am a 1/3 Mental Projector which means I love to learn ALOT and experiment ALOT. Not having the "language" or understanding of Human Design most of my life, I felt like something was wrong with me when I would change directions in life. Different degrees in school, different careers, different hobbies. I was told I never finished things and people questioned my commitment. That always bothered me because I felt very committed and am very loyal.
I now know, because of Human Design, that I was learning and experimenting, just like I'm designed to do. I need to be hands-on to see if something is right for me. Then I can take what I've learned from those experiments to help guide others. I live it, make mistakes, learn what works and what doesn't...then when asked (the Projector part of me) can I share what I've learned. That's my design.
Over the years, that search for more learning and knowledge has taken me through the worlds of holistic nutrition, plant medicine, mindful movement, energy cultivation, and self-discovery tools like Human Design and the Success Codex. Little did I know that I would end up here. And what I found changed me. I finally feel seen and free.
The Tools That Helped Me Come Home to Myself
When I first learned my Human Design and explored the Success Codex, something clicked in a way nothing else had before. For the first time, I felt seen. Understood. Validated in how I naturally move through the world.

Instead of trying to become someone else, more “like them” because social media shows that's what's best, I began experimenting with living according to my own design.
​
I stopped forcing decisions. I stopped overriding my energy. I stopped apologizing for how I process and create. And you know happened? Life became lighter and more enjoyable. More effective. More sustainable....more me.

That experience is why I share this work now. Not because it’s trendy, but because I’ve lived it and it has changed my life. I’ve watched what happens when you stop fighting your nature and start honoring it.

What Qigong and Tai Chi Taught Me

Through practices like Spring Forest Qigong and tai chi, I learned how to slow down enough to feel again. To soften. To breathe. To respond instead of react.
​
These practices have made me calmer. More patient. More loving.
More present. They’ve shown me that alignment isn’t just mental clarity, it’s a felt experience in the body. Energy becomes smoother. Emotions move instead of getting stuck. Decisions feel clearer. And perhaps most importantly, I became a more grounded human being.

What I’ve Learned Along the Way
My path has included formal education, certifications, trainings, years of mentorship, and years of application. Testing. Refining. Practicing. Adjusting. Seeing what worked for me, and what I was being called to do.
I’ve studied and hold degrees/certifications in holistic and functional nutrition, herbalism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, qigong, and tai chi. I’ve sat at the feet of teachers who modeled integrity and depth. I’ve been guided by masters who emphasized embodiment over theory. I am deeply grateful for the teachers and mentors who shaped me, including...my herbal teachers Rosemary Gladstar and Dr. Aviva Romm; my nutrition teachers Dr. Ed Bauman & faculty, Anne Fisher Silva & Margaret Floyd Barry, Mary Sheila Gonnella; my qigong and tai chi masters Master Chunyi Lin, Pat Culotti, Rachel Sandretto, and Mimi Kuo-Dimmer; and my Human Design and Success Codex mentors Amy Lee and Ankhara Rose. ​Their wisdom runs through my work.
