The ALIGN Discovery Session is a space to slow down and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface so you can begin to understand your current patterns and reconnect with your natural sense of direction.
What this session is
This is a 75-minute one-on-one session designed to help you gain clarity around what you are experiencing right now.
Before we meet, I'll ask a few simple questions about your current situation, challenges, and what feels most present for you. I'll also ask for your birth date, time, and location. This information is used to create a personalized map of your natural energy and decision-making patterns. It gives us an objective starting point that helps explain why certain experiences feel effortless while others require more energy, allowing our conversation to be both practical and deeply personal. Combined with what you're experiencing today, it helps us focus on what matters most in this season of your life.
During our time together, we explore the energetic patterns behind what you're feeling and experiencing, and begin to identify where things may feel blocked, stagnant, or out of alignment.
You'll receive insight into how your energy is currently moving, along with practical ways to support greater clarity, flow, and ease.

The tools I use (The Success Codex and Human Design) to chart your natural design are based on your birth information: date, place, and time. I will need this information at least 1 week before we meet in order to put your materials together, as each session is customized based on your birth information.
