Energy becomes more steady.
Life starts to feel less forced and more like something you can actually work with.

Inner Alignment is a guided process that helps you understand your natural design and bring it into lived experience.
It begins with awareness — noticing where life feels aligned and where it feels forced.
From there, we move into discovery — understanding your natural design and how you’re uniquely built to make decisions, use your energy, and contribute.
Then comes exploration — gently applying what you learn in real-life situations and adjusting as you go.
And finally, lived experience — creating a sustainable rhythm so alignment becomes the way you live, not something you have to think about.
It is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It is about recognizing how your energy naturally moves and learning how to live in a way that supports it. It’s about living as who you already are with clarity and confidence.

Tai Chi and Qigong
Weekly movement classes aligning body, mind, and spirit. These classes are rooted in traditional qigong and tai chi principles and support strength, stability, and grounded presence. They are designed to help you regulate your energy, increase body awareness, and build resilience from the inside out.
While my private work focuses on personalized alignment, these classes provide consistent embodied practice strengthening the foundation that allows clarity to take hold.
Open to all levels. Taught in person and online.
